December Pre-Christmas Events

Our December was so crazy and our party hasn't stopped yet, but I really need to just unload some pictures before I drive up to the next party (my parents come home from their mission a week from today!).

Okay, so, Pre Christmas events:

My kids had their school program at the local college auditorium. They were front and center and they knew all the words and actions to a song I'd never heard, "When I think of Christmas." It was fun to watch them.



Joslyn in the stands, wearing non matching clothes and chomping on an apple. She likes to eat the whole thing if I give her the time to do it...stem and seeds and all! Yeck.

Our good friends the Jones drove through and stopped for a night. It was so fun to see them. Cortney, when you send me pictures I'll post them HERE. :) (no pressure.)

We also got a visit from our dear friends the Scows! They even used 1 and a half of their vacation days to stay and play with us, which really meant a lot to us! Our kids got along super great and Julie and I dominated in Sequence (just like the old days). We also took them to the Wildlife Safari where the animals put on a good show.






The rhino was off the hill and standing so close to the car. It made me super nervous because they usually say if he's off the hill you need to stay 4 car lengths away. And we weren't.


Owen and Jane were taking pictures of each other and this is what it looked like.



Oh and my baby. I need to dedicate a whole post to her because that girl has got some gumption.
